Tell us about yourself, what is a typical day like?

I’m a junior in high school and I love art. My average day usually consists of getting up early, going to school, dieing of boredom, then going home to goof off. Things are pretty tedious around here so I always have plenty of time to practice drawing.

How old were you when you started drawing? Ever animated anything before?

I started drawing pretty young,  but I never really liked it until I made it a competition against everyone around me. That made me push myself to become better, and now I just draw because I love it. I tried animating on photoshop once but it didn’t go so well… I’m not too confident in animating… I’m still working on it.

Do you have a favorite artist or animator?

Hayao Miyazaki. His work is beautiful and inspiring.

What inspires you?

I usually get inspired by other peoples work. Their art will give me ideas for my own.

Do you have a favorite cartoon and/or anime character?

My favorite anime character is Lucy from FairyTail

What is your favorite musician or band, what are you listening to?

At the moment my current obsession is listening to Alice Nine, it changes frequently though :P

What are your Favorite websites, outside of DoInk?

Deviantart, Facebook, and Youtube

What are your hobbies?

Drawing and video games :) I’m quite the couch potato.

What are your favorite Computer Game?

I really like sims games, but I have to say my all time favorite game to play on the computer is Age of the Empires.

How did you find DoInk and what is your experience so far?

I love how nice people are here, it surprised me how supportive everyone was as well. I also love the tools on this site, not too complex but not too simple.

Any advice for other DoInk users?

Just draw what you love to draw, and don’t really worry about the number of likes or views you get. What really matters is your own opinion of your art.

What is your favorite clip that you have done?
